LIFE LONG LEARNING IS FULLY HUMAN, NOTHING ARTIFICIAL

RΓ©sistant learners say AI will hollow out the workforce. Those already fear full of their own “ learning for life ” are already decrying a technology which is patently here to stay. Criticise, resist and complain from a point of limiting self ignorance and a personal lack of ability to actually learn, pay attention and find out for them self what AI is actually capable of.   I say, the stuck, staid and cloistered workforce, those unable to unlearn and relearn , was already hollow — they just couldn’t admit it. Why would you admit your own self ignorance when it’s far easier to point your finger at “all those others over there…” 70% of workers are disengaged . Simply going through the work motions to try and earn enough to stay alive.  Half are burned out . Attached to a boss or a job they resent or are underpaid for.   A third are on antidepressants. Many drink for a “happy hour” to by pass or drown their stress. Addicted to mindless screens of streams of moro...

Different. Discern it.

THETA PRANAYAMA

The “ Pranayama Effect ” is mind blowing . When experienced breathworkers slow their nasal breathing to just 2.5 breaths per minute, they enter non-ordinary states of consciousness with measurable increases in theta-high beta brain connectivity . Theta waves (4–8 Hz) are the brain’s “twilight” state, that dreamy, relaxed zone between wakefulness and deep sleep.  They’re most prominent during light meditation, hypnosis, creative flow, and early stages of sleep.  Mouth breathing at the exact same slow rate? Doesn’t happen. It’s not just the slowness. It’s the nasal pathway lighting up the brain. Ancient yogis figured this out centuries ago. Modern neuroscience is finally catching up. Ever tried slow nasal breathing? What did you notice?"  Source: Zaccaro et al. (2022), Front Syst Neurosci. doi:10.3389/fnsys.2022.803904   More to come…  # Pranayama   #Breathwork

KINDNESS IS So COOL. Yes it’s Hot, She Is!

Image
Most people think they fall for attention. They don't. They fall for understanding . Not the surface kind. Not someone remembering your favorite song or asking how your day was. I mean the rare kind of understanding that makes you feel exposed and safe at the same time. The kind that notices the change in your voice before you've said a word. The kind that hears what you're trying to say underneath what you're actually saying. The kind that makes you feel less alone inside your own mind. That's where the danger begins. Because being understood can become addictive . Especially if you've spent most of your life feeling misunderstood. At first, it feels like relief. You stop translating yourself. You stop explaining every reaction, every silence, every strange thought. For once, someone just gets it. And the experience feels so rare that you start protecting it. Then depending on it. Then needing it. Without realizing it, you stop reaching for understanding withi...

PLACE MEANT

“You walk this earth as a wanderer between worlds . You do not lack friends because you are unworthy. You lack them because your frequency has risen beyond the chatter of the marketplace. You have sat in silence with the Divine while others chased echoes. You have faced the abyss of your own shadow and returned with stars in your eyes. The old contracts of superficial bonding dissolved the moment you remembered who you truly are. True friendship in the mystic path is not companionship of bodies—it is resonance of souls across lifetimes. It is the silent recognition when two flames meet and the universe nods in agreement. Such bonds are rare because they require both souls to have walked through fire, through loneliness, through the long dark night of the soul . The void you feel is not emptiness. It is sacred space being held. The universe is clearing the altar, removing what is not aligned, so that when your true soul family arrives—those who speak your silent language, who see the...

The soul doesn’t compete... it creates.  It doesn’t hustle... it harmonises.  When you feel misaligned, ask yourself...  am I performing or am I present?  One drains.  The other opens portals. “The machine isn’t coming for your job.  It’s coming for your excuse.  For the first time in human history, the leverage that built empires — armies of labor, rooms full of specialists — is sitting in your pocket, priced like a phone bill.  You can spend the next decade defending a paycheck that’s already scheduled for deletion, or you can spend the next twelve months becoming the person who commands the thing replacing it.  The window where adapting early is still an advantage closes the moment everyone else figures this out.  You don’t get a second ‘first.’” Julia McCoy

CONNECTED CONSIDERATE DEEPLY COMPASDIONATE.

In Western psychology, " heart connected, not mind attached " describes a state of  emotional congruence and  psychological integration . It means leading life through present-moment, authentic feelings and core values (heart) rather than getting trapped in rigid, analytical, or fear-based cognitive loops (mind). [ 1 ,  2 ] Psychological Frameworks of Wholeness Several Western psychological traditions align with this concept: Jungian Psychology :   Carl Jung called this process  individuation . Wholeness is achieved when the ego stops overriding the psyche and instead integrates both conscious logic and unconscious, emotional drives. It is about unifying opposing forces within yourself rather than relying solely on analytical thought.  [ 1 ,  2 ,  3 ,  4 ] Humanistic & Transpersonal Psychology:  Pioneers like Carl Rogers and Abraham Maslow defined wholeness through  congruence —when your conscious mind, bodily felt experi...

LIGHTEN UP UNITED FFS, SIMPLICITY IS TO DISMISS & IGNORE PETTY DIVISIONS

In this profound perspective,  Moksha  is the ultimate state of liberation where a person transcends the ego-driven, calculating mind and instead rests in pure, unconditional love. When our consciousness shifts from rigid mental attachment to a limitless, heart-centered connection, we dissolve our personal isolation and experience true unity with all of humanity. [ 1 ,  2 ,  3 ] Moksha  is the ultimate, permanent spiritual freedom. It is the liberation from the endless cycle of suffering, karma, and rebirth . Traditionally a goal in Eastern philosophies like Hinduism and Jainism , it can be understood not as a location, but as a deeply transformed state of being. [ 1 ,  2 ,  3 ,  4 ,  5 ] The Mind (Conditioned Attachment): The mind ( Manas ) is a tool for logic, survival, and worldly planning. However, it builds attachments to labels, desires, possessions, and past grievances. When we view the world through a conditioned mind, we...
