Stillness cannot and need not be created. Just be aware of and receptive to the inner stillness that is already there, but is obscured by mind attachments and mental noise. Anything and everything you need is already there, it is your responsibility, if you choose to accept The Mission (not impossible!) to actually access who you really already are. Simple, not easy.
