WTF? If you are still “yogaing” still lost? Or just shaking sweaty booty?

Turiya, or "the fourth," is  a Sanskrit term from Hindu philosophy (specifically the  Mandukya Upanishad ) describing a state of pure, non-dual consciousness that underlies and transcends the three common states: waking (jagrat), dreaming (swapna), and deep sleep (sushupti) . It represents the silent, unchanging witness—the true self (Atman)—that is ever-present, offering a state of ultimate reality and liberation (jivanmukta).   [ 1 ,   2 ,   3 ,   4 ,   5 ] Key Aspects of Turiya: The Underlying Reality:  Turiya is not a temporary state to enter, but the underlying, eternal reality that persists even when the mind is chaotic or inactive.   CO-CREATING INTENTIONAL COMMUNITY.  Atma Vidya आत्मा विद्या (Self-knowledge)  is a quintessential teaching  of the Upanishads  and Advaita Vedanta.  Svadhyaya   Realising The Lightness of Self  (aka The Great Cosmic Joke ~ Why So Serious? Do You Get It, Yet? ) Svadhyaya – (self-study or self reflection) "... the Self must be experienced as the deep basis of individual awareness, and this is possible only when the mind can grasp its own underlying nature (sva) through yogic means. Broadly speaking, we could say that all yoga leads to svadhyaya, but certain specific methods are more closely associated with it. What Patanjali says in this yoga sutra – “Asana should be steady and comfortable’, turns out to be easier said than done. Just by doing yoga does not mean that you can sit still and comfortably in Siddhasana. In fact few can. ISHTA-Mala इष्ट माला is designed to help your body to sit comfortably in siddhasana, (accomplished pose) one of the final poses of yoga. Purifying the nadhis and being able to sit in siddhasana opens the sluice gates.  Nadhis are the fuel lines that establish the base on which to launch the rockets hip of yoga through the powerful pranabhyasa practice. Once the body can sit in SIddhasana it signals your readiness as a sadhaka for the Kriya Siddha Method of pranabhyasa and Kriya meditation practices to be introduced. SIDDHASANA is not called ‘accomplished pose’ for nothing.  Hatha Yoga Pradipika and other texts emphasize siddhasana, because it establishes the ...
