WTF? If you are still “yogaing” still lost? Or just shaking sweaty booty?

Turiya, or "the fourth," is  a Sanskrit term from Hindu philosophy (specifically the  Mandukya Upanishad ) describing a state of pure, non-dual consciousness that underlies and transcends the three common states: waking (jagrat), dreaming (swapna), and deep sleep (sushupti) . It represents the silent, unchanging witness—the true self (Atman)—that is ever-present, offering a state of ultimate reality and liberation (jivanmukta).   [ 1 ,   2 ,   3 ,   4 ,   5 ] Key Aspects of Turiya: The Underlying Reality:  Turiya is not a temporary state to enter, but the underlying, eternal reality that persists even when the mind is chaotic or inactive. It is often compared to the silence surrounding the sacred syllable Aum. Beyond Duality:  It is a state where the observer and observed become one, erasing the subject-object divide. Significance:  It is considered the ultimate goal in Advaita Vedanta, offering a "silent witness" experience that ...

“The day science begins to study non-physical phenomena, it will make more progress in one decade than in all the previous centuries of its existence.” - Nikola Tesla

One of the most effective strategies for regulating emotion is this: cultivate an attitude of acceptance towards your emotions and the emotions of others. Practice saying ‘yes’ to your emotions, your children’s emotions, your partner’s emotions, and your friends’ emotions and notice how, not only your relationship with emotions changes, but also your relationships with people. When it comes to emotions, what we resist persists. By accepting our emotions, and the emotions of others, we give emotions space to move, to come and go, to rise and fall. Our own experience with emotions tells us that no emotion lasts forever, but when we resist and struggle against our emotional experience, we are more likely to get stuck in our feelings. We can’t push our emotions away (at least not for long), and we can’t push our children’s or partner’s emotions away either. When we are open to the full range of our own emotions, it becomes easier to open to other’s emotions, and this emotional openness pro...

Bhakti Yoga. Be Devoted To The Whole Creation, Of Which We Are All Included As Creatures In Creation. For No Other Reason, We All Exist, We Are All Born Whole and Unhungry and The Only Constant Is We All Breathe. That Is Enough In Bhakti.

"Therefore, O son of Bharata, one desiring freedom from fear should hear about, glorify, and remember Hari. He is Bhagavān, īśvara, the soul of everything. Indeed, the perfection of life for a person, whether through the paths of Sāṅkhya or Yoga, through performance or duty, or through knowledge, is to remember Nārāyaṇa at the end of life... One should concentrate on the three constituent phonemes of OM (a-u-m), the great and pure Brahman in the form of sound. One should restrain one's mind and control one's breathing, keeping one's mind fixed on that seed of Brahman (OM). With the intelligence of the driver, one should remove the senses from the sense objects by means of the mind. If one's mind becomes disturbed by agitation, one should focus it on the desired object, Lord Kṛṣṇa, by means of the intelligence." Bhāgavatapurāṇa chapter 2, translated by Edwin Bryant In "Bhakti Yoga: Tales and Teachings from the Bhāgavata Purāṇa,"  Edwin Bryant explains...
