I see opportunity for transformation. In these moments of rupture and disconnect come opportunity to explore what’s happening internally. There are openings to name the insecurities we feel, the emotions that get stirred up, the disappointment that sets in. It invites in conversation around lack of resilience, expectations of relationship, what our roles are and the family origin wounding around all of this that have left you with fears and unrealistic expectations of what can healthily and safely exist in a relationship.
