It is a popular, challenging 1-hour walk, offering stunning, often empty, coastal scenery and a steep staircase descent. [ 1 ,  2 ,  3 ,  4 ] Key Features and Tips Access:  A 2.3 km (one way) hike from the Steamers Beach car park leads to the beach. The trail takes around 1.5–2 hours to return, featuring steep steps and sand dunes. For too long we have focused on the Middleworld, or the physical plane and its materialistic and egocentric pursuits.
