When it comes to direction, ultimately we already know where to go, what to do, how to move.
Once we simply dismiss all we are NOT.
It’s the remembrance of OUR own consciousness we simply reconnect to. Consciousness. Unchanging.
Who we all always were and always are and always will be. Consciousness. Unwavering.
To have the simplest thing on earth pointed out, Our Own True Nature, (aka "consciousness")
we may require someone to initially assist.
But the core somatic intelligence of the body already knows. Once we drop all we are NOT.
The wide open protected heart already knows. Once we ditch the falsities.
The spirit already knows. Simple. Common. Ordinary. Everywhere. Consciousness.
The wholly surrendered to Self already knows. Consciousness.
The divine spirit within simply also already realizes. Consciousness.
Once we slow down INTERNALLY and let grace both find us, and enter.
Once we attune and listen. Cut out any shallow, callow, narrow off channel static white noise.
Once we attune to Our Own Beauty, listen To our own True Nature. And follow THAT wisdom, firstly.
Once we pay BETTER attention. To our body keeping The Score. And releasing.
Spend more CONSCIOUS time in wholeness to fortify a deeper connection and trust in yourself.
Who you have always been. Return to that. Whole. Full. Total. Complete.
Return to Your own self love and self worth and self knowledge.
Which is simple, common, ordinary, grounded, here now, presence, joy,
aware and responsive moment to moment.
Consciousness.
Like energy attracts like energy. That is quantum physics. That is science.
Like atoms attract like atoms. They also repel when they NO longer attract.
Joy attracts Joy.
Like atoms of authentic pure and simple Joy attract like atoms of authentic pure and simple JOY.
That is atomical science of quantum physics.
The Body Already Keeps The Score.
So let go of wasted ancient past their use by date cells. The old staid stuck attached labelled beliefs.
The Body Already Is The Portal To Your Soul consciousness. Simply Listen to its wisdom.
