ALIGNED & WILDLY KIND, one FRESH FLOWING Moment, then the next, then the next, then the next. Stitch these moments together, weave it all into your greatest tapestry, relax, simply, it is all ok in this one bare moment, once you realise, there is nothing to realise, enough is enough and you already are, once you get out of your own god damned attached mind way…. You are your own worst enemy if you allow a limited mind, a dis integrated ego to run the show. You are also your kindest connected best friend, wherever you go you are, realise who comes first then share the overflow. No attached mind people pleasing, no attached mind perfectionism, no attached mind procrastination over thinking or other addictive, enabling, limiting belief limitations. Why only one good book? Why be mind attached, stuck, staid, cloistered, with limited converting creeds, or NIMBY arrogance, or elevated spiritual woo woo non sense. Remain grounded, remain whole, remain as your own true nature. Nature nurtures naturally elementary; earth water air and fire. A gentle forward fresh momentum. Not stuck depressed “back in my day” tropes, not anxiously projecting a never to arrive nebulous future, tomorrow does not exist, life is not a dress rehearsal and only creates where? Here! Hear hear! Life is now. Your next breath is as complex as reality ever gets. Feel it, enjoy the infinite cycle, breath in, PAUSE, Bresth out. PAUSE. Ffs do not forget or ignore or dismiss the 2 PAUSES every cycle! This is enough, this is presence, each breath is eternal & infinite and is already yours. Enjoy the embrace… enjoy the return…. Enjoy your own unwavering true nature, human kind, human being, human consciousness. Nothing else even comes close, so simply lighten up. Lit from within. Cease the reaching, cease the projections, cease the noisy, vacuous vapid voids of a far from whole dis integrated ego! Why so serious? Unless it is… realise this, no belief, no creed, no mind attachments.
